I think the little squiggly hyphen is called a ’tilde’. I’m surprised Mrs. Bridges didn’t correct you on-air, but perhaps she was being kind. Loved the new take on the jazz standards - what a voice (and Mrs. Bridges was ok too). Do you take requests for your ‘Saying Unsexy Phrases in a Sexy Fashion’ segment? If so, I would really, REALLY like to hear Mrs. Bridges say “Rotating spigot”. It would make my day.
